Tiffany R. Cate has a passion for real estate. Born and raised in Sevier County near the Smoky Mountains, she knows this area and market like the back of her hand. Tiffany was first licensed as Affiliate Broker in 1985, a year after graduating from high school. After receiving the education and experience, she received her Broker's license in 1993. Again, after obtaining extensive education and working knowledge in this market area, she obtained her Certified Appraisal License in 1995. Working as Value Analyst and Appraiser at a local bank, Mrs. Cate continued to gain valuable experience and local market knowledge, and, she is committed to use her 35 years of knowledge to help buyers and sellers obtain their best goals. Tiffany is eager to work diligently for her clients. She will listen to your goals….and, follow up!


Tiffany's father was a pioneer real estate broker, selling and trading land prior to the licensing laws being established in Tennessee. He instilled a desire in his young daughter to follow in the trade. He obtained one of the very first State issued licenses to practice Real Estate Brokerage here in the Great Smoky Mountains area.


Tiffany enjoys traveling and attending concerts with her husband. They reside just outside downtown Sevierville on a hillside overlooking our beautiful mountains. Their youngest son is also in the real estate profession, and, their older son and daughter-in-law are local educators. Tiffany truly enjoys spending time with family. She loves to hike and bike and she is a four-time gold medalist in the TN Senior Olympics.
